Internal Scholarship Conditions:
The Saudi students’ admission conditions and school regulations apply to Internal scholarship students at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University according to available seats and Institutions of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the following is required:
⦁ Applicant’s age average should be between 17-25 for bachelor and diploma grade of Arabic Language Teaching Institute for Non-Arabic Speakers.
⦁ The applicant has a high school certificate or an equalized it with the marks record from Saudi Arabia or outside.
⦁The applicant must pass the general aptitude test and the attainment test, provided by the National Center for Measurement to register for a bachelor’s program, or an applied college diploma.
⦁ The applicant has not been granted any other scholarship from an educational institution in Saudi Arabia.
⦁ She should not have a previous record at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
⦁ The high school graduation year must not exceed five years.
⦁ The applicant must pass the medical examination stipulated by the regulations and instructions, and be medically fit.
⦁ The applicant must not be dismissed from any other Saudi educational institution.
⦁ Holding a valid iqama.
⦁ The student must fulfill any conditions specified by the University Council and announced at the time of application.
⦁ Tuition fees Paid by student after receiving the final acceptance -except for those accepted into the diploma program for the Arabic Language Teaching Institute for Non-Arabic Speakers is free -according to the following instructions:
⦁ A yearly amount of 14,000 SAR paid in 7000 SAR instalments per term for Humanities’ majors of the bachelor’s degree.
⦁ A yearly amount of 18,000 SAR paid in 9000 SAR instalments per term for Scientific majors of the bachelor’s degree.
⦁ A yearly amount of 10,000 SAR paid in 5000 SAR instalments per term for Diploma of Science majors.
⦁ A yearly amount of 8,000 SAR paid in 4000 SAR instalments per term for Diploma of Humanities’ majors
⦁ The internal scholarship student is exempt from instalment of one term if she passes the first year the bachelor’s degree only with a GPA not less than of 4.75 out of 5. The student must pay the fees when she didn’t keep the required rate for exemption.
⦁ The student is entitled for refund in case of withdrawal during the allowed period of withdrawal provided that it does not exceed three weeks from the date of the start of the study.
⦁ The student is not entitled to refund the amount in the event of an apology for studying the semester, after a month has passed since the beginning of the semester.
⦁ The student does not pay tuition fees for the postponed semester, provided that she does not have financial dues to the university.
⦁ The university shall pause the student’s schedule and conceal her results if the instalments are not received without prior notice.
⦁ The university must be notified if the student does not wish to complete her studies at the university.
The Required Admission Documentation for Internal Scholarship Students:
1. A stamped copy of high school certificate. In case of getting the certificate from outside, the student must equate the certificate from education ministry.
2. A copy of valid iqama of applicant.
3. The applicant’s valid passport except those who are non – citizens applicants (Qabaayil Naaziha ).
4. A copy of the application for the Saudi Nationality issued by the Ministry of the Interior for the applicant from the non – citizens applicants (Qabaayil Naaziha ).

Criteria for admission to Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University for internal scholarships:
⦁ It is accepted to apply for the majors available for the year of admission, except for health colleges in all their departments, in implementation of what was stated in by the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. (94) dated 3/29/1431 AH regulating the controls for accepting non-Saudi scholarship students in higher education institutions in the Kingdom.
⦁ A non-Arabic speaking student is accepted into the Arabic Language Teaching Diploma Program, and the scholarship is upgraded from a diploma degree grant to a bachelor’s degree grant in accordance with the decision of the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for Non-Arabic Speakers Council, according to the stipulated conditions for that.
⦁ Admission to Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University for internal scholarship applicants in bachelor’s Programs depends on the composite ratio criterion: total grades (high school + aptitude + attainment).

Procedures for applying for a scholarship application at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University :
⦁ The application must be submitted within specified dates to be announced on the Deanship of Admissions and Registration page on the university website.
⦁ Apply electronically by a link activated during submission period that is announced.
⦁ all the required documents are submitted by the link with PDF-JPEG form and send it.
⦁ Upon completion of the application, the applicant shall be given a special number (application number) to keep on, follow and modify it.
⦁ The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the application number granted to it upon completion of the application for entry, follow-up and amendment during the submission period.
⦁ To inquire about the status of the application, it is possible through the application number and the registered ID number (iqama) and to view the included note.
⦁ After closing the submission link, the Scholarship Department will complete the admissions process according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education, and will be notified accordingly. The applicant will be notified after the arrival of their finally acceptance from the Ministry of Education through e-mails and telephone calls.
Scholarship End Procedures:
According to the regulation of admission controls for non-Saudis in higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their sponsorship stipulated by the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. (94) dated 3/29/1431 AH:
If the original program period has expired, it can not be extended by more than half of it
General provisions and warnings:
⦁ Exclude any application that does not meet the required conditions and documents.
⦁ Submitting more than one application for admission by the applicant during the same period will cancel all applications submitted to it.
⦁ Applying electronically and getting approval means the applicant gets initial but not final nomination unless she is informed about that, the accepted student will be notified after her final acceptance.
⦁ The applicant undertakes that all data and documents entered in her application are correct, and in the event otherwise, the university has the right to exclude the application.
⦁ According to what is stipulated in the regulation of admission controls for non-Saudis in higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their sponsorship by the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. (94) dated 29/3/1431 AH:
⦁ The scholarship applicant shall be subject to the residency regulations in the Kingdom.
⦁ The scholarship student is not entitled to transfer from one university to another, and the university has the right to make an exception from this in the cases it considers appropriate.
⦁ The university informs the concerned official authorities in the Kingdom of scholarship students whose postponement, apology or withdrawal has been accepted, as well as scholarship students who have dropped out of studies for any reason, in order to take the necessary measures.
