E-Commerce: an opportunity to reinvent the economy

The program is aimed at mid-to-senior government officials involved in e-commerce policy planning and management.

REQUIREMENTS: The applicant must be over 23 years old and under 65 years old, have a minimum average of undergraduate grades of 3.7 / 5.0; have at least 1 year of professional experience (that is, after having obtained the university degree) in the course area and have good knowledge of the English language with a written test, with a minimum score of TOEFL IBT: 65 points, CBT: 183 points, IELTS: 6.0, MET B2 or another test from institutions that are officially endorsed, which describes the ability in oral expression, listening comprehension and writing skills in percentage or numerical terms, with a minimum level of B2.

NOTE: The selected participant will require a device with Internet access with Zoom / Webex / Cisco installed, webcam, microphone, and working audio.

• This virtual course will share Singapore’s e-commerce regulatory frameworks, policies and initiatives.

• Panorama, infrastructure and web services of e-commerce.
• E-commerce payment system policies and security laws.
• Singapore e-commerce initiatives, strategies and regulatory framework.

• ALL CANDIDATES MUST APPLY THROUGH THE WEBSITE, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT BY THE NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP COMMISSION.
• THE BIDDER IS POTENTIAL TO GRANT OR NOT THE SCHOLARSHIP FOR THIS PROGRAM TO CANDIDATES PRESELECTED BY THE NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP COMMISSION.
• THE PRE-SELECTION RESULTS WILL BE DISCLAIMED IN TIME AFTER THE SESSION OF THE NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP COMMISSION, THROUGH THE EMAIL REGISTERED BY THE PARTICIPANT AT THE TIME OF CARRYING OUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS.
• FOR NO REASON, WILL BE RECEIVED APPLICATIONS THAT DO NOT STRICTLY COMPLY WITH THE TOTALITY OF THE REQUIREMENTS DEMANDED IN THIS CALL.
