A researcher position is available for a highly competitive candidate with excellent qualifications in the Yakoub Lab at Harvard Medical School-Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with outstanding academic accomplishments and the zeal for scientific discovery or curing devastating human diseases, such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, autism and COVID-19. The researcher will endeavor to solve some of the biggest problems in science, using cutting-edge technologies and concepts, e.g. CRISPR gene editing, stem cells, human brain organoids, genetically engineered mouse models, gene therapy, synthetic biology, directed evolution and protein and virus engineering.
Previous research experience and skills in life sciences, virology, neurobiology, molecular biology, animal models, gene editing or relevant fields, are preferred.
