Postdoctoral Fellows in the VU Department of Biochemistry

Vanderbilt University is hiring postdoctoral fellows and offers additional incentives for incoming new applicants to the Department of Biochemistry, School of Medicine, Basic Sciences program. Two awards are annually offered to exemplary applicants, which include a two-year stipend supplement of $10,000 and a $5000 signing bonus, on top of an already competitive stipend and valuable career resources. These awards honor the legacy of our illustrious faculty members, Dr. Benjamin Danzo and Nobel Laureate Dr. Stanley Cohen. Those who prove to be outstanding, highly productive postdocs may later apply for the Destination Biochemistry Advanced Postdoctoral Scholar Award which supports an existing postdoc as they transition to an independent research position.
