Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme

These scholarships are managed and promoted by the Nesos (Netherlands Education Support Offices).

Please note that the courses offered, the application requirements and the total amount of the scholarship vary per country and institution. The institutions will select those who will be granted the scholarship.

In order to be eligible for OTS, candidates must:

  • be citizens of one of the following countries; China, India, Indonesia, South Africa, Korea, Russia or Vietnam;
  • not have a degree from a Dutch education institution;
  • not be currently studying or working in the Netherlands;
  • currently be undergoing the admission process or be already admitted to a study programme or course at one of the Dutch higher education institutions participating in OTS.
