1. Start by downloading the “Hello World Network” mobile application in the Google Play or iOS App Store.
2. Register, search for the Rise Challenge in the list of opportunities, and click “Start Opportunity.”
3. Stage 1 :
   1. Introduce yourself.
   2. Set up your profile.
   3. Introduce yourself with short videos.
   4. Watch and review peer videos.
   5. Attend optional workshops.
4. Stage 2:
   1. Create your project.
   2. Submitting your individual project.
   3. Access the Rise discord community.
5. Stage 3: 
   1. Finish the challenge.
   2. Take the puzzle quiz.
   3. Review peer videos.
