At the end of his training, the student will be able to:

7. Develop intervention projects compatible with the caregiver-child-family triangle
8. Coordinate interventions, with the partners of the interdisciplinary team
9. Adapt your communication to the context with newborns, premature or term
10. Structure your communication to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different disciplines
11. Provide specific and integrated interventions adapted to the age and development of newborns
12. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate care interventions by constantly contextualizing them.

Conditions of admission

The admission requirements are as follows:

• hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing or hold a state diploma in nursing;
• have submitted a request for recognition to the equivalence service (document issued by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation);
• be able to prove a professional experience in the field in the field of pediatrics and / or neonatology of at least 3 years;
• master the French language.

The selection test with the candidates will be based on the following elements:

• presentation of the motivation letter specifying how the candidate considers the usefulness of the Specialization Bachelor for his future professional career;
• be able to demonstrate knowledge of basic concepts of pediatric nursing.

The submission of a scholarship application must be done according to the introduction procedures and meet the admissibility criteria described below.

The selection of scholarship holders is carried out by a selection panel for each training course after analysis of their administrative admissibility by ARES.

All files received between the first and the last day of the call will be treated equally.

ARES encourages female candidates, with equal quality, female candidates will be preferred.

Admissibility criteria

Applying for an ARES scholarship is completely free.

ARES does not charge any fees at any stage of the application or selection process whatsoever.

For his request to be admissible, the candidate must:

2. Have a diploma comparable to a Belgian 1st cycle diploma
3. Evidence of a relevant professional occupation
4. Complete the file in the language in which the training is given and can attest to a good written and spoken knowledge of it.
5. Apply for only one training.
