Call for applications for the 2023 Cusanus Prize for special social commitment

This summer, on June 23, 2023, the Cusanuswerk Foundation for the Promotion of Talent will be awarding the ‘Cusanus Prize for Special Social Commitment’ for the eighth time. The Cusanus Prize was established in 2009 to publicly acknowledge the diverse social commitment of the actively funded and former Cusanuswerk scholarship holders. With the award of the prize, it is impressively documented that a scholarship for the promotion of talent is not just an end in itself, but ultimately benefits society by benefiting from the commitment of the recipients. In recent years, numerous projects have been honored and prize money of over EUR 60,000 has been awarded – funds that in turn have been invested in the further successful development of the projects.

If you would like to apply for the Cusanus Prize 2023 with a project or a commitment (prize money EUR 5,000 per prize), you will find all the necessary application documents here . You are also welcome to suggest suitable candidates for the award; You can also find the relevant proposal documents under the link above. The deadline for applications is May 5, 2023.
