POST DOCTORANT position in EU project

Main Activities:

The post doc will be in charge of developing various investigations related to ciliopathies on cellular and biological grounds to understand modifiers and also biomarkers linked to kidney dysfunction and retinal degeneration in ciliopathies. This position is embedded in a EU project thus international spirit and skills for collaboration are warranted.

Associated Activities:

The applicant should be at ease with the perspective of:

• Molecular and phenotypic characterization of diverse cellular assays (Human, generic cell line) , cell modeling of ciliopathies and automation
• Chemical screen
• iPSC and organoids modelling
• CRIPSR-CAS9 and other similar tools
• Bulk and Single cell RNA seq – Proteomic analysis

Specific Requirements or Constraints:

• Continuous Literature surveillance and reporting of experiments in publications
• Congress presentation (& internal meetings animation)
• Team working as a priority  and training/education skills

Required Experience: 2 to 4 years – Fields: Cell Biology, Modelling of rare diseases, Ciliopathies, Organoids, Therapies
