Algerian Minister of Higher Education described the level of university professors as “zero”

The Minister of Higher Education, Chems Eddine Chitour, described the level of Algerian university professors as “zero”. A statement that aroused anger and indignation among teachers who called for protest rallies and a strike, in protest.
